Promotional Terms and Conditions

From time to time, Lingochats, Inc. (“Lingochats”, “we”, “our”) may offer special promotions and plans (“Promotion”) to Learners and/or Locals (“you”, “your”). The terms and conditions for each Promotion can vary by country or by Promotion, so we encourage you to carefully check the terms accompanying each Promotion. If there are no terms or conditions accompanying the Promotion, or if the Promotion directs you to this page, the following terms and conditions apply. If there is any discrepancy between the terms described in the Promotion and the terms on this page, the terms in the Promotion will govern. Promotion eligibility is determined by Lingochats at its sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke a Promotion and put your account on hold if we determine you are not eligible. The eligibility requirements and other conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Promotion or as otherwise communicated to you by Lingochats.

The terms and conditions that commonly apply to the Promotions offered by Lingochats are as follows:

• The use and redemption of the Promotion are contingent upon and subject to, your creation of a valid Lingochats account, acceptance, and compliance with the Lingochats Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
• Some Promotions may have a redemption expiration date, which will be stated in the terms that accompany such Promotions.
• Points and subsequent rewards earned for every conversation on the Lingochats platform don’t expire as long as the Promotion is running.
• Promotion only applies to purchases made via the Lingochats platform at lingochats.com (including any apps).
• Promotion may not be combined with other offers.
• Promotion is limited to one per account.
• Promotion is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and may not be resold.
• Promotion is one-time, except when the rewards are earned as points for every lesson taken on the Lingochats platform.
• In the event of a refund, your refund will be equal to the amount you paid for the services, subject to Lingochats' Cancellation and Refunds and Payment and Withdrawal Policy.
• Lingochats is not responsible for non-compliant Promotion redemption attempts, which will not be honored.
• Lingochats reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
• If you received the promotional offer directly or indirectly from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
