1. Work with other Users outside the platform to avoid paying fees.

 

2. Ask for or accept payments off-platform.

 

3. Mess with pricing, listings, or try to scam the system.

 

4. Interrupt or sabotage someone else’s learning or teaching experience.

 

5. Post or share anything hateful, violent, graphic, sexual, or offensive.

 

6. Try to get around our fees or billing system.

 

7. Skip sessions you've been paid for—unless the Learner is at fault.

 

8. Use offensive usernames or display names.

 

9. Share false, misleading, or harmful information.

 

10. Post racist, hateful, or discriminatory content.

 

11. Upload anything that breaks copyright or trademark rules.

 

12. Share personal info you got through Lingochats without permission.

 

13. Use the platform to sell unrelated products or services.

 

14. Try to game the ratings or feedback system.

 

15. Harass or bully anyone—online or off.

 

16. Pretend to be someone you’re not.

 

17. Promote pyramid schemes or shady business opportunities.

 

18. Involve minors in any inappropriate way.

 

19. Spam chats or flood the system with messages.

 

20. Copy or repurpose the platform’s tools for your own business.

 

21. Upload malware, viruses, or anything harmful.

 

22. Hack into our system or try to access restricted parts of the platform.

 

23. Share or sell your account or login details without asking us first.

 

24. Collect User info (like emails) without their okay.

 

25. Post personal info about someone else without permission.

 

26. Ask minors for personal info.

 

27. Break any local, state, national, or international law.

 

28. Encourage others to do anything illegal.

 

29. Engage in human trafficking or forced labor of any kind.

 

30. Hire someone to do your schoolwork or job assignments.

 

31. Use Lingochats in ways that violate school or workplace rules.

 

32. Resell, rent, or share Lingochats services with others without our okay.

 

33. Schedule sessions with someone who hasn’t agreed to them, just to get paid.
